The navigator program helps to improve resiliency factors among youth for improved overall stability and diminished risk-taking.

The Navigator will expertly assist youth in identifying and acquiring services. At times, this may include filling out paperwork, making introductions, and ensuring smooth transitions. This process will be youth-led with the Navigator simply facilitating the process.
